Acquiring Knowledge – The Scientific Method

This empirical method for acquiring knowledge, has helped people make so many rapid developments in so many areas of our life, including: mathematics, astronomy, medicine, health, environmental and countless more.

If you review the steps that led up to each new discovery, it turns out that The Scientific Method is used in all cases, even if the discoveries, or observations, were made by accident or were planned. The diagram shown in the Wikipedia entry shows this very clearly.

There are two very important things to note from this methodology.

  1. The step after “Report conclusions” is “Observation and Question”
  2. The whole process has no end.

History has also shown us that opposite is also possible. Knowledge stops dead when:

  • governments censors it’s citizens, thereby eliminating the “Question” step.
  • governments remove key statistical data from their public websites during times when their citizens would like to contribute in the “Observation” stage.
  • dictators attempt to rewrite history by destroying books or rewriting historical events.
  • large corporations manipulate the “Test with experiment” and “Analyse data” phase by deliberately omitting key variables in their tests.
  • large corporations report only the “conclusions”, but then hide the “Analyze data” and “Test with experiment”. We saw this with the Pfizer Covid documents which were going to be locked up with the CDC for 75 years.
  • Fact Checkers claim that there can only be two possible outcomes. True and False.

Now that you understand that we may have a serious problem looming, it should be your highest priority to seek knowledge outside of what is dealt to you, evaluate and question each observation and push back, when things just don’t make sense.

The desire to seek out knowledge, prompted me to use the last 6 months of the Covid lockdowns, in the study of micro-biology and brain science. Needless to say, the claims made by public figures during that time, were not supported by any known science.

We have brain for a reason! Explore, discover, grow and be more discerning.
