We all have to eat.
What we eat should be our choice.
Our ancestors did not require money to eat, in order to survive.
Managing our food supply responsibly, is our legacy to our children.
WARNING: Global Food Mismanagement
I look around today and see pressure being applied by so many rich corporations and unelected organisations such as the World Economic Forum (WEF), filtering down to state and local governments, to convince people that we are in the midst of a food crisis.
Here is my take on this, based on what I have seen in Australia, Canada, USA and many places in Europe:
- Farmers are being pressured to sell to major food corporations at sub market prices, in order to drive up the profits of the corporations. At the same time, governments are arbitrarily introducing rules and regulations to make the farms simply too expensive to run.
- Concessions and incentives are given to Chinese cotton growers to come and take all the shared resources for themselves, in order to grow cotton to ship overseas for sweatshop production facilities. This has been done in Australia at the expense of local farmers producing goods for local consumption.
- We have mega corporations such as McDonald’s pushing very low quality, highly processed food over the whole world. The fast-food industry is now massive and mankind is suffering as a result.
- Corn syrup production is at an all-time high (this is used extensively to make food sweet).
- Doctors are promoting diets that are simply wrong for human consumption. The food pyramid is so out-of-date and yet it is still promoted by health departments today.
- Good eating habits and horticulture is not longer taught to our children.
- Experimental medications (e.g. mRNA injections) are being forced upon our livestock producers by ignorant health officials, without controlled studies, or any knowledge of the long-term effects (much like what happened in the Covid era.) There is no evidence that it ever worked for humans, yet, we see it being rolled out to our livestock today. Are we really expected to eat the livestock after they have been infected with this gene therapy?
- Genetically Modified Organisms (GMO) crops are on the increase, with the blessing of most governments.
- Glyphosate is still widely being used in horticulture today, despite it being shown to be severely toxic to humans. This chemical lingers in soils, water supplies and airborne droplets. This one herbicide may well be the origin of all major poor health outcomes on the planet, given that it disrupts multiple biological systems through endocrine interference.
- New chemicals and products being added to the diets of cows to reduce their methane output! Forget the fact that cows, like humans are complex organisms with complicated immune systems dependant on a healthy gut microbiome — which is now being challenged, by the indiscriminate deployment of these new products.
Given that this may be read by people from all cultures, backgrounds, climates and religious beliefs, I can offer some basic staying healthy advice, based solely on extensive research, discussion with experts in human health and my own experience.
NOTE: The information below is not “medical” health advice. It is a distilled summary of thousands of hours of study and research, in addition to years of studies done on my own health. If you want to change your well-being and are in doubt about how to do it, consult a professional integrative health practitioner who cares for your health, rather than a family doctor. (One of the unfortunate casualties of the wholesale uptake of pharmaceuticals, is the most family doctors receive their training from these companies, rather than exploring healthy alternatives.)
If you want to make a difference to your health, your life and your community, follow these guidelines:
Keeping Alive and Healthy in 2025
- Eat locally grown produce.
- Buy directly from the producers.
- Include a balance of all naturally occurring food.
- Focus on foods that grow above ground for best results.
- Consider adding periods of fasting, in your weekly regime. (there are copious resources available to explain the benefits, methodology and variation to suit everyone)
- Leave the artificially created “substitute” products on the supermarket shelves.
- Avoid food sources where the farming practices, as described above, are questionable. Do your research and ask questions before choosing your food.
This is sustainable living!
Sustainable Living in Suburbia
I have a suburban property, but still raise chickens and grow a huge variety of fruit and vegetables on my property. While we are not self sufficient yet, we are working towards that. Remember, I work in IT and am not a farmer but I have found that home food production, can be done relatively easily. The satisfaction from eating home-grown products and fresh eggs, is simply beyond description.
If we all have an attitude shift and avoid the mega fast food stores and grocery stores and grow our own produce, we have a real chance of surviving anything that weather changes can dish out in the future.
The links below, are sites that I have used to help change my lifestyle, from ignorant consumer, to a human that is now more caring of the environment and super healthy, without any medications! I encourage you all to step out of your comfort zone and open your mind to new possibilities.

The Great Flip – Why the Inverted Food Pyramid is a Win for Public Health
For over three decades, the iconic “Food Pyramid” served as the visual North Star for American nutrition. Yet, as waistlines expanded and chronic diseases like Type 2 diabetes plummeted to younger ages, a growing chorus of researchers began to ask: Was the map itself leading us off a cliff? In early 2026, the U.S. Department…

The recent outbreak of avian influenza (commonly referred to as “bird flu”, accurately known as “H5N1 strain”) in Victoria, Australia, has reignited debates about how best to handle disease control in livestock. ARC – Hope for Humanity
Over the last few days, I have discovered, hope for humanity. After years of watching the World Economic Forum (WEF), work diligently at tearing humanity apart, we have a new group of elites, this time, they are elite minds, rather than wealthy elites. “The Alliance for Responsible Citizenship (ARC) is an international community with a…
